DRAWING-LED PRODUCTION

A route from drawing to finished component.

Each RFQ is organized around the questions an engineer asks first: process, material, inspection and delivery condition.

01

Drawing review

Part geometry, material, quantity and critical requirements begin the conversation.

02

Casting route

Select investment or sand casting according to the component and specification.

03

Machining & inspection

Define machining state and inspection documents before quotation.

Renyi casting facility floor
FACTORY FLOOR Seven workshop stages — wax injection, wax repair, tree assembly, shell making, dewaxing, pouring and post-processing.

FACTORY RECORD

Seven workshop stages. Three casting routes.

The workshop route follows the actual casting floor: wax injection, wax repair, tree assembly, automatic shell making, dewaxing, pouring and post-processing. RFQs can be routed through low-temperature wax casting, medium-temperature wax casting or sand casting.

Low-temp wax casting For stable batch parts where route efficiency and repeatability matter.
Medium-temp wax casting For tighter surface, dimensional and alloy-control requirements.
Sand casting For larger industrial components that need resin-sand or water-glass sand molds.

Investment casting shell process at Renyi

Process route, machining scope and inspection plan are confirmed against each drawing during RFQ review.

CAPABILITIES

Built around the part—not a catalogue.

Investment casting

Silica-sol and composite-process casting for detailed components.

Sand casting

Resin-sand and water-glass routes for larger industrial castings.

CNC machining

Rough and finish-machined delivery options.

Inspection

Inspection planning can include spectrometer material analysis, mechanical testing, magnetic-particle testing (MPI), ultrasonic testing (UT) and radiographic testing (RT).

MATERIAL PASSPORT

Specify the alloy. We define the route.

Renyi’s company profile spans corrosion-resistant, high-alloy and structural steel families. Final grade, heat-treatment condition and test documentation are confirmed against the drawing.

M—01

Corrosion-resistant

Duplex & stainless steels

Duplex grades · austenitic stainless steels

For valve, pump and process-equipment castings where corrosion resistance is part of the specification.

M—02

High-alloy

Nickel-based & Hastelloy alloys

Nickel-based grades · Hastelloy families

Grade availability and melting route are reviewed project by project before quotation.

M—03

Structural

Carbon & alloy steels

Carbon steel · low- and medium-alloy steel

For pressure-bearing and general industrial components supplied raw, rough-machined or finished.

Send the governing ASTM, EN, GOST or JIS designation with the drawing; Renyi will confirm the matching route and documentation in the RFQ review.

RFQ KIT

What makes a casting RFQ ready for review.

Buyers usually receive a faster technical reply when the drawing package, material route and inspection expectations arrive together. Use this checklist before sending proprietary files.

01

Drawing package

2D drawing, 3D model if available, latest revision, critical dimensions and tolerances.

02

Material route

Grade, governing ASTM / EN / GOST / JIS standard, heat-treatment state and any corrosion or pressure-service notes.

03

Demand & delivery

Prototype or production stage, batch quantity, estimated annual use, target delivery and required supply state.

04

Quality requirements

Material certificate, dimensional report, NDT scope, acceptance criteria and special documentation needs.

What happens after the RFQ.

  1. Receipt check Sales confirms the contact path and whether the uploaded package can be opened.
  2. Engineering review The team checks casting process fit, material route, machining state and inspection scope.
  3. Clarification loop Open drawing, tolerance, NDT or delivery questions are resolved before price is finalized.
  4. Quotation package The quotation reflects process route, delivery state, document scope and any sampling requirements.

PRODUCT FAMILIES

Find the right casting field first.

The full catalog now lives on a dedicated product page. Start from an application field, then send drawings or sample requirements from the RFQ area.
